                 This is something that I've done a while ago in photoshop. I've used photos that I got from the internet on my rough sketch and did a point over just to get the lighting and mood for the scene. This is more easy and interesting method to follow... instead of trying to get the lighting from the scratch.

                                            This is a scene lighting experiment that I've done in maya. I've used a real photograph as a reference. I've used render layers for ambient occlusion. I've done the final compositing in Photoshop.

Mental Ray Materials

                          I've tried making 20 materials using mental ray materials. Some of them came out good. I've used some bump maps and texture's for some of the objects.

Fog - Lighting Experiment.

                   This is a lighting experiment that I've done in maya. In this experiment i was able to get the splitting of light rays through a window creating a fog effect. This setup is created in maya and is composited in After Effects.

                  This is a character rig that I've done in Maya. I've used joints, ik handles and controls for rigging this. I've also added blend shapes to create preset facial expressions.

Lighting Experiment - Caustics (2017)

               This is a lighting experiment that I've done in Maya on caustics. Caustic is the envelope of light rays reflected or refracted by a curved surface or object, or the projection of that envelope of rays on another surface. We can't actually determine how the caustics will be created by an object. Because the object can refract the light in a multiple ways. The caustics depends on the position and direction of light and also the material of an object.

Transformation Rig (2017)

This is a Transformation rig that I've done in Maya....I've created a concept of my own and modeled it in Maya....This rig transforms a simple cube into a surveillance drone.....when the box is transformed it can change into a drone which has thrusters for flying and an advanced cam that has its own controls.....the rig can be used for animation.....

These are two of the digital paintings that I've done a while ago....the below are some of the digital painting processes that I've gone through....

The ant - process 

     I took the reference for this from a real photograph of an ant....I've used some real textures from google..I've also added some effects and filters to get the desired result....

 Frog Process:

    This one is also taken from a photograph...I've used some textures to fake the skin texture of the frog ....I've also used some filters and some blur effects to make it more appealing...

               This is a lighting experiment that i've done using the mental ray plugin in maya....i've used simple polygonal planes to emit light....through this experiment i was able to get some realistic lighting setup and soft shadows...

Global Illumination - Lighting Experiment

This is a lighting experiment that i've done using mental ray in maya.....i've used a spot light and concentrated it on to the objects inside the box....the spot light emit photons to simulate the real life lighting and give us a good lighting setup....

Lambert Lighting Experiment using Mental Ray (2017)

           This is a simple lambert lighting experiment that i've done using metal ray in maya.... ive used multiple area lights as fill and bounce lights....i've used a directional light as a source and also to project the shadow of the window on to the floor.....the entire room is lit by using the lambert lighting technique offered by mental ray...

                     This is a 3d Animation Run Cycle i've done in Maya...i've used a simple model rig for the animation....i've done the blocking first then added inbetween to get a smoother animation......

            This is a caterpillar Track Rig that I've done in MAYA. I've 
used deformers and expression editor to complete the rig. I've added controls to change the rotation speed of the track.

Toon Tree Rig (2016)

                    This is a Toon tree Rig that i've done in Maya. I've Used nhair dynmics for rigging the leaves. The tree trunk is capable of squash, stretch and bend. The leaves react to the movement of the tree trunk. I've also added controls for the wind speed, wind direction stiffness of the leaves etc so that the rig can be used for animation.
